Asake enters stage in helicopter as he makes history at London O2 Arena (Video)
On Sunday night, Ahmed Oloade, also known as Asake, made history by being the first Nigerian newcomer to sell out the 20,000-seat O2 Arena in London, United Kingdom.
The Mr. Money singer appeared on stage in a helicopter to raucous applause from the audience.
A medley of songs from his first album, “Mr. Money With The Vibe,” and his second album, “Work Of Art,” were performed by him.
He also invited Fireboy DML, Lil Kesh, and a number of other artists from the YBNL record label.
Asake has now joined the list of Nigerian performers who have sold out the O2 Arena, which also includes Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
Later this year, Rema will perform as the main act at a performance at the famous arena.
