Boloukuoromo Moses Ugo is a Nigeria Justice who was born on June 7th, 1965 in Kolokuma/Qpokuma Local Government area of the oil rich Bayelsa state, Southern part of Nigeria.
He attended State school, Igbedi in Bayelsa state and proceed to Government Secondary School, Asaoma, Sabageria, Bayelsa State. He went to study law in the prestigious University of Calabar and bagged LL. B Hons. in 1989. He also went to Nigerian Law School, Lagos fron 1989 to 1990 to bag his B.L.

Justice Ugo is a judge of the Kano State Division of the Court of Appeal.
The 57-year-old legal luminary comes from Kolokuma/Opokuma Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
Justice Ugo is the youngest judge on the panel of the Presidential Election Petition Court.
He is number 41 on the seniority list of the honorable justices of the Court of Appeal.
Justice Ugo has also previously served on the Bayelsa State High Court.
He finished his undergraduate studies from the University of Calabar and was called to the bar in 1990.
