Rename second Niger bridge after Igbo son, not Buhari – IPOB tells Southeast govs

The Second Niger Bridge’s naming after President Muhammadu Buhari has been criticized by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) as being undesirable.

The second Niger bridge should be named after a famous Igbo person, not Buhari, according to IPOB.

Recall that after the project was completed, the governors of the Southeast agreed to name the bridge after Buhari.

The bridge was named after Buhari, but IPOB’s spokesperson, Emma Powerful, said it is disgraceful because he has no regard for Igbos.

The second Niger Bridge has been shamefully named after General Muhammadu Buhari by the dishonest Igbo politicians, the Global Family and Movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU, according to a statement from Powerful.

The man for whom the second Niger bridge is named skipped the inaugural ceremony altogether since he had no regard for Ndigbo and was aware that he was unworthy of any honors in Biafra country.

“The sellout South Eastern Governors, especially the APC Governors who are the useless idiots of the caliphate, want the genocidist and hater of Ndigbo, Muhammadu Buhari, to become the face of the Eastern Region as they display the face and name of a terrorist sponsor at the entry and exit point of South East through the bridge.

“Muhammadu Buhari was one of the Nigerian troops who committed genocidal acts against Ndigbo in Asaba, Anambra, Enugu, and other parts of the Eastern area.

“His government organized the influx of Fulani terrorists who were dressed as herdsmen and killed and raped our people.

“It must not be permitted to name the Second Niger Bridge after the murderer Buhari. A deserving Igbo name must be given to the bridge. Politicians in the East ought to inform us of any project in the North that bears the name of an Igbo individual. Our political stooges, the Fulani Arewa, and cowards should no longer be our leaders. They are defaming the Ndigbo culture, which forbids submission to any man in favor of sole worship of Chukwu Okike Abiama (God Almighty).

“IPOB insists that the name of the second Niger Bridge needs to change. The name Onitsha Head Bridge should be kept if no Biafran is deemed deserving by Eastern politicians to be the second Niger bridge’s name.
