Yomi Fabiyi, a well-known Nigerian actress and activist, has criticized David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido, over adultery claims.
According to DAILY POST, Davido has received a lot of backlash online after being accused of impregnating two women who live abroad, Anita Brown and Ivanna Bay, and telling them to get abortions.
In a post on Instagram on Tuesday, Yomi Fabiyi responded to the pregnancy scandal by recalling how the singer had insulted him in the 2021 rape case involving his colleague Baba Ijesha and a 14-year-old girl.
“To now have someone @davido who has a seriously overwhelming influence on teenagers and youths propositioning and enabling spineless and voiceless young ladies into abortion is unacceptable and disappointing,” the man said.
“You once occupied the stage of those infants whose mothers you forced to commit murder on your behalf. When you shared my photo with the description “BITCH ON SIGHT” and in another you referred to me as “MUMU” for advocating for a defendant’s human rights, I honestly believed you cared so much about kids. I even pushed for the victim’s justice.
What a shame, you’re not truly who others think you are. God will keep bringing you into the open for treating me unfairly. Treat those women with respect and make peace with them. The right to life belongs to such infants.
