Lionel Messi is the best football player in the world, according to Inter Miami star Robert Taylor.
This came after Tuesday’s 4-0 League Cup victory by Inter Miami over Atlanta United at the DRV PNK Stadium.
Since Messi signed from PSG and played his debut game last week, the Herons have won twice in as many games.
Inter Miami defeated Cruz Azul 2-1 thanks to a last-second goal by Messi, who was playing in his first game for the American team.
On Tuesday, Messi scored twice in the first 22 minutes, then Taylor added two more goals each side of halftime.
