Although he was not comfortable revealing his health condition to her at first, however, he made sure to prepare her for the reactions outside.

Arthur wanted as many memories as possible for Camera of their relationship so he asked his wife to create a pictorial book of their time together. Years that followed will see Moutoussamy-Ashe present the book to the world as a publication that will help people, especially children, become caregivers to family members living with AIDS.
