Celine Dion cancels world tour amid battle with neurological disorder

Céline Dion, a well-known Canadian performer, has postponed all of her forthcoming world concerts in 2023 and 2024 due to a neurological illness.

According to DAILY POST, the singer stated that she had been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS) in December 2022. SPS is an incurable condition that results in uncontrollable muscle tension.

Celine also offered a refund for the purchased tickets in a message made public and published on her Twitter account on Friday.

I’m very sorry to disappoint you all again, she continued. And even though it hurts, it’s best if we postpone everything until I’m fully prepared to return to the stage.

“I’m not giving up, and I can’t wait to see you again.”
