Ossy Martins has been signed by Rivers United on a free transfer.
The 22-year-old committed to the former Nigeria Professional Football League winners on a one-year deal.
Martins’ most recent club was Tataouine in Tunisia.
The forward was supposed to join sters IF in Sweden, but owing to visa and timing issues, the move never happened.
The vivacious forward will compete with Nyima Nwagua for a spot on Rivers United’s starting lineup.
He once played for the Enugu Lobi Stars Rangers International.
