Adekola Tijani, alias Kamilu, a well-known Yoruba actor, has revealed that his late coworker, Murphy Afolabi, foretold his own demise during a chat he had with him around 30 minutes before he passed away.
Recall that the Nollywood actor passed away on Sunday, a few days after his birthday, from injuries sustained when he fell in his toilet.
His coworker Tijani stated to GoldMyne TV on the eve of his funeral on Monday that the late actor passed away while being taken to the hospital.
We chatted yesterday, around 9:30, and he fell around 10 am, the man remarked. I was contacted right away, and we drove him to the hospital, but he passed just before we arrived.
“Yesterday, he sent money for a contribution we always make on Sunday, and he sent it early. I questioned his decision to send it early,” he said. He replied, “We don’t know what will happen the next day or in the next minute.”
Tijani said, “I didn’t know my friend was saying goodbye to me with his strange acts.”
