Update Nigerians on pastor who mounted pulpit with AK-47 – MURIC

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has encouraged security organizations to inform Nigerians of the measures taken against Uche Aigbe, an Abuja pastor.

According to reports, Aigbe displayed a rifle openly on the altar of his House on the Rock Church in Abuja.

On February 12th, 2023, Aigbe carried an AK-47 weapon to his church.

Later, he was taken into custody by the police and appeared in court.

In a statement made accessible to DAILY POST, Professor Ishaq Akintola, Executive Director of MURIC, stated that Nigerians were starting to think that the issue had been covered up.

“Nigerians are starting to believe that the issue has been covered up.

On Sunday, February 12, 2023, Uche Aigbe, a pastor in Abuja, took an AK-47 weapon to his House on the Rock Church. He created a stir not only within the church but also across the country by doing this.

He claimed that despite being later detained by the police and appearing in court, Nigerians were unaware of the incident.
